In a post-pandemic marketplace, luxury travel & leisure brands, Scenic USA & Emerald Cruises, faced significant challenges not only in launching their brands and operations in the Americas, but had to also had to encourage future customers that cruising was safe. Bolstered by its two industry-changing, ultra-luxury, 6-star vessels, the Emerald Azzurra and the Scenic Eclipse, together with Scenic USA leadership, we knew we had to convey more than “just another cruise experience.” Ultimately, we are inspired to identify, develop, and create a strategic platform to supersede Scenic’s brand and business ambitions for the future. We knew that indulgence in discovery is the inspiration for Life’s Greatest Stories. This insight gave birth two nationwide and even global campaign’s across all media: Scenic’s “Stories for Life” and Emerald Cruises, “New World, New Way.”
